Dr. Hareid will recommend a suitable prescription strength whitening gel for your needs, and we’ll show you how to safely apply it to your bleaching trays so you avoid excess gel escaping and irritating your gums.  

Most patients achieve their desired result by bleaching their teeth for 30 minutes daily for 10 to 14 days. We can supply you with extra bleaching gel so you can use your trays in the future if needed.
