We are happy to offer an alternative to traditional dental insurance. Our annual dental membership program in Appleton is designed to provide greater affordable access to quality dental care for those who do not have insurance. The membership program covers all preventative care and offers a discount on all other procedures in our dental office.

• Child Plan (12 years & younger) - $450/Year
• Perio Plan - $630/Year
